Be proud of your strength and courage

Such wounds to the heart

will certainly never restore.

It has distorted me into everything

which I don't want to be.

Despite it being a burst

of sunshine out there,

sometimes I can't find

myself anymore anywhere.

When you feel

that loss of control,

it's indispensable to emphasis

what you can control,

be reminiscent yourself that even

when you can't control something,

you have the power to decide

how you will respond to the condition.

Knowing what to imagine can

assist you to feel less overwhelmed,

more on top of things,

and better equipped to form decisions.

Focus on each day.

Consider what you can do now.

You can't alteration the past,

and the future will fill with unknowns

that is beyond anyone's reach.

Lots of different faces will walk

in and out of your life,

But only real friends will leave

some significant footprints in your heart.

To handle yourself, use your head,

To feel others, use your heart.

Constantly Think about

how you want to grip

your strengthen your emotional,

physical, or spiritual health.

Reach out to a friend for support.

Take a walk and get some fresh air.

Engage in prayer or meditation.

Be proud of your strength and courage.

Acknowledge your achievements,

no matter how small.

These will help you

feel empowered and

more motivated to keep moving forward.

You never thought it happen to you,

but when it does, everything changes.

Winter comes faster,

 And summer fades away!!

And my wounds are hidden behind those weather:

not much to do or nothing you can do.

The tear can't stays in

 a constant place any longer;

I think this is a conflict I will not win,

Now my pillow is soaking wet with my tears;

you'll pull through.

That's what I bet.
